Orders placed by 6pm MST on any business day will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Processing means submitting your jewelry purchase to our fulfillment team for completion and/or shipment. Business days are deemed to mean any day Monday through Friday which are not legal, banking or mailing holidays.
Many items are ready to ship while other items are customized or made to order based on your purchase. For example, some pieces may have your birthstone gem custom-set when your order is processed. This allows us to be versatile in the products we offer. Occasionally, more complex settings and ring sizing will require additional time. Expected times from order to shipping are shown on individual product pages.
Rings are typically sold as standard size 7. Where other sizes are available, your ring may be customized to your size preference upon purchase. Please allow an additional 2-5 days from the stated shipping time for special ring sizing based on your preferences.
Free Shipping Policy
Jewelry orders $149.99 and under will ship free by USPS Priority Mail with tracking and typically arrives between 5-7 business days from date shipped. Jewelry orders $150.00-$249.99 will ship Free by UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrives in 5-7 business days from date shipped. Next day express shipping is available for purchases $150.00-$249.99 an additional fee of $24.99. All jewelry purchases $250.00 and over will be shipped using next day shipping by UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 1 business day from the date shipped, depending on service to your area. The exact carrier will be determined based on best shipping times when the order is placed.
Tracking is provided by email when shipped, if contact information is provided during checkout.

Please choose a secure shipping address when placing your order (including but not limited to FedEx Office, UPS Store, home or place of business). Neither Peach Lane nor shipping carriers insure against lost package claims when losses occur after an item is successfully delivered. The purchaser is responsible for any items removed from the delivery location for any reason after successful delivery.
