Quality Guarantee and Warranty

We work hard to provide the highest quality jewelry and we stand behind the products we sell. We offer a 90 day guarantee our finished products will be free from manufacturing defects. 

A manufacturing defect will be apparent right away, in the first 30 days. Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival and let us know right away if you see any problems.

In the unlikely event you do find a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is determined to be from a manufacturing or structural defect, we will at our discretion repair or replace the item at no charge to you. 


This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage to the jewelry caused by normal wear and tear or abuse.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Chemicals, make up and immersion in water resulting in discoloration of precious metals or gemstones.
  • Precious metals by nature are softer metals with pressure and time may bend or wear down over time. Gemstone prongs, are known to wear down over time as normal wear and tear. Any repair work done for normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time may cause a gemstone to fall out. This is considered normal wear and tear. Any repair work done for normal wear and tear is not covered. 
  • Loss of gemstone caused by everyday wear, force majeure or other curcumstances beyond the control of this store are not covered under this warranty.
  • Chains including permanent jewelry subject to everyday wear and tear including, tugging, pulling or heavy pendant wear may break as part of normal wear and are not covered under this warranty. 

Permanent Jewelry jump ring weld is guaranteed to stay closed. Any issues with the welded link will be apparent in the first 30 days. Upon inspection and confirmation, our guarantee on permanent jewelry is limited to re-welding permanent jewelry with the original chain at no charge. This service is performed in our office and by appointment only. 

We offer extended care plans available at an additional charge through Jeweler's Mutual to cover damage and wear not covered under our warranty. Click here for more details. 

We do not reimburse for work associated with using a 3rd party jeweler since we can't warranty or guarantee work performed by any 3rd party jewelers. In the event work has been performed on the jewelry by another jeweler the product will be considered altered and warranty will be void.

Lost items

This guarantee does not cover lost, missing or stolen jewelry. We strongly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance to cover against this type of situation.
