Free Shipping

Jewelry orders $99.99 and under will ship free by USPS Priority Mail with tracking and typically arrives between 5-7 business days from date shipped.

Jewelry orders $100.00-$199.99 will ship Free by UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrives in 5-7 business days from date shipped. Next day express shipping is available for purchases $100-$199.99 an additional fee of $17.99.

Jewelry orders $200 and over will be shipped using next day shipping by UPS or FedEx and typically arrive in 1 business day from the date shipped, depending on service to your area. The exact carrier will be determined based on best shipping times when the order is placed.

30 Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Every effort is made to ensure your product is free from defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the unlikely event the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item in error so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items such as engraving. Personalized items will be subject to exact replacement if found to have damage or defect. Be sure to double check spelling and grammar on any personalized items. When an item is made correctly to the specifications provided during the ordering process a return is not possible. Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome when items are exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be returned in the same new, unworn, unused condition, with tags as when it was received. Please contact us for a free return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to return your item for exchange. Once exchanged items are received, we will gladly process your request. We will refund any difference for items exchanged when the exchange results in a lower price than the original purchase. In the event an exchange results in a higher price than the original purchase, an invoice will be issued and must be paid prior to shipment of the new item. Refunds
For any eligible refunds, items must be received in the same condition in which it arrive to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (no exceptions). Please allow sufficient time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once initiated.

Non Refundable Items
Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings are non-refundable, and are only eligible for exchange toward a new store item, if defective.

Warranty

We work hard to source the highest quality jewelry and we stand behind the products we sell. We offer a 90 day guarantee our products will be free from manufacturing defects. 

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

Chemicals, make up and immersion in water resulting in discoloration of precious metals or gemstones.

Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time may cause a gemstone to fall out.

Loss of a gemstone caused by everyday wear, force majeure or other circumstances beyond this store's control.

Chains subject to tugging, pulling, being slept on or heavy pendant wear are not covered under this warranty.
